Key Responsibilities
- Working hours: 4334, 9am-9pm or weekday 2nd day shift 2pm-11pm (subject to requests)
- Operate semiconductor equipment to perform processes, measurement, and inspection of wafers. (Include equipment setup, loading and unloading of wafers)
- Monitor basic equipment/process errors and perform recovery
- Work with internal and external parties to align for tool time, execute process sequence and collect data to feedback to integration owner
- Logistically transport wafer lots between equipment within cleanroom and between worksites (subject to requests)
- Identify and address potential areas for improvements such as cycle time, utilization, and cost
- Perform chemical change/ top-up for equipment under supervision
- Understand and follow all Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) procedures and requirements
Requirements
- Nitec/Higher Nitec in Engineering, Electronics, or related fields
- Strong adherence to Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) procedures
- Proficient in operating semiconductor equipment and basic troubleshooting
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or wafer processing is a plus
- Able to transport wafers in cleanroom and coordinate logistics
- Independent, responsible, able to work in a team and comply to work inside cleanroom for minimum 9~10hrs
