Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or related disciplines
- Minimal 3 years of semiconductor fab manufacturing background
- Team leadership experiences is an advantage
- Independent contributor and robust self-starter with a strong inclination towards data-driven methodologies
- Adequate in relating to a varying demographical workforce
- Conversant with MS Windows software
