Key Responsibilities
- Drive and develop SLT solutions to meet business milestones, cost targets, and quality requirements in the system level area.
- Solve complex, novel, and non-recurring engineering problems; initiate significant changes to existing processes/methods and lead development.
- Conduct engineering evaluations and analysis to drive closure of production issues.
- Develop and architect SLT logging or data collection flows in manufacturing.
- Influence technical decisions that have a significant impact on the final product.
- Collaborate with architecture, design, Product & Test Engineering, Customer Quality, software & platform teams to balance quality and cost.
- Provide technical supervision or mentoring to junior engineers.
Requirements
- Proficient understanding of x86 CPU and GPU architecture and functionality.
- Proficiency with HBM technology.
- Broad understanding of industry standard bus protocols (DDR, PCIe, USB, GTA).
- Strong technical, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and resourcefully.
- 10 years or more industry experience.
