Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary operational liaison between Agilent and key customers
- Coordinate scheduled and reactive/unplanned services to meet customer needs
- Ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries by engaging the right internal and external teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify challenges, develop solutions, and implement best practices
- Support program and project delivery with a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction
- Integrate onsite with customer teams, providing hands-on support and building strong relationships
- Execute customized duties as defined in customer program agreements
- Drive continuous improvement and add value through proactive problem-solving
Requirements
- Degree in scientific or technical field preferred, but experience is valued equally
- 1–2 years in a similar role supporting programs/projects in technical or customer-focused environments
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to deliver exceptional experiences
- Excellent organizational skills to manage complex schedules and multiple priorities
- Comfortable handling technical service requests, purchase orders, and invoices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and with customers
- Solution-oriented, adaptable, and focused on driving results
- Experience in laboratory or technical settings and SAP is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
