Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue and profit growth for assigned Industrial Park projects in Vietnam.

- Manage the profit and loss of projects including sale and/or development of industrial, commercial, and residential plots.
- Lead various departments including Marketing, Customer Service, Planning, Construction, and Development to meet customer demands.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience, including several years in general management.
- Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Civil Engineering, or equivalent discipline.
- Proven leadership capabilities and extensive experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong business acumen and a service- and results-oriented mindset.
- Experience working in regional or developing markets is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
