- Prepare and deliver design presentations to communicate concepts, schematics, alternative solutions, and value‑engineering options.
- Conduct research, feasibility studies, and prepare architectural or engineering reports for submission to authorities, clients, or internal stakeholders.
- Support construction documentation through drafting, preparing technical specifications, and assisting professionals with drawing endorsements.
- Participate in construction administration activities, including authority submissions, permitting processes, and design change coordination.
Requirements
- Background in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to conduct research and perform feasibility assessments.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and preparing reports or presentations.
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate design documentation.
- Good time management with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
