Key Responsibilities
- Support planning, tracking, and coordination for mixed-signal and high-speed interface IP development programs.
- Align activities and deliverables across analog, digital, verification, and SoC integration teams.
- Maintain schedules, action items, and milestones aligned with pre-silicon development phases.
- Gather status updates from engineering teams and assist in preparing clear and concise program reports.
- Track risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating concerns to senior program managers when necessary.
- Support documentation efforts, including meeting notes, readiness checklists, and integration requirements.
- Utilize standard project and program management tools to support execution following established processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Prior experience in project or program management is required.
- Ability to work effectively within technical engineering environments.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented approach to tracking complex projects.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly with technical stakeholders at various levels.
- Eagerness to learn and follow established execution frameworks for pre-silicon development.
