Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- 5 – 10 years of deep, hands-on experience in the specific Oracle HCM module.
- Strong understanding of relevant HR processes (e.g., workforce scheduling for Absence/Time, expense policy for Expenses).
- Ability to lead implementation and configuration of a specific module.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in large-scale HR cloud transformation projects, preferably across multiple geographies.
