Key Responsibilities
- Plan and perform preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment, including but not limited to, chiller, air handling unit (AHU/CRAHU), fan coil unit (FCU), ventilation fan, split air conditioner (AC), pumps, leak detection systems, roller shutters, power distribution boards, UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) batteries, and generators.
- Develop site specific documents including Maintenance checklist, EOP, SOP and RA.
- Service report preparation and submission for preventive and breakdown maintenance works.
- Ensure safe keeping of hand tools and maintain good housekeeping.
- Ensure all works are carried out safely and/or in accordance with established standards, procedures & local legislation.
- Any other tasks, when required by the immediate manager.
Requirements
- Experience in written and oral communication, including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive).
- Degree, Diploma, or NITEC certification in Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Building Services, Facilities Management, or any related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems commonly used in data center environments.
- Equipment experience includes (but is not limited to): Chillers, Air Handling Units (AHU/CRAHU), ACMV, Pumps, Leak detection systems, Roller shutters, Power distribution boards, UPS and batteries system, Generators.
- Data Center engineering or operations experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Familiar with preventive maintenance programs and work order systems, or computerized maintenance management systems.
