Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain advanced package demand and starts forecasts to support short‑term execution and long‑term capacity planning
- Build and manage planning models incorporating wafer constraints
- Perform multi‑scenario planning (constrained and unconstrained) using multiple demand signals to assess risks and trade‑offs
- Evaluate impacts of demand volatility, yield changes, and capacity constraints on supply plans
- Work closely with Factory Planning, Supply Planning, Wafer, and Wafer Sort teams to align assumptions, inputs, and execution plans
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Strategy to support high‑level allocation of products across OSATs
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Drive simplification and standardization of planning processes and models
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in semiconductor industry
- Specific knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing environment is required
- Advanced supply chain analysis skills
- Advanced knowledge of Manufacturing and Inventory Management
- Know-how of supply chain theory, processes, operational execution & operations needs
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization
