Key Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and monitor operational risks across business units
- Develop and maintain operational risk management frameworks and policies

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operational risk management within banking or financial services
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., Basel, SOX)
- Experience with risk assessment methodologies and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Professional certifications such as FRM, PRM, or CFA preferred
- Experience with risk management systems (e.g., Archer, RSA) is a plus
