Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive strategic programs, supply chain SCOR models, and market strategies for breakthrough improvement.
  • Develop financially sound, executable, data-driven strategies and project plans that improve shareholder value.
  • Lead planning, design, implementation, communication, and delivery of the company's supply chain network design and architecture initiatives.
  • Actively partner with and influence internal and external stakeholders and suppliers at the executive level.
  • Develop business cases and financial models to support investment decisions in new markets, technologies, or partnerships.
  • Recommend metrics and monitor KPIs for supply chain programs regarding delivery, revenue, and margin.
  • Drive Enterprise Level Strategic Initiatives by owning CxO-level priority cross-functional initiatives that shape enterprise strategy and financial performance.
  • Lead process re-engineering initiatives to streamline workflows, remove redundancies, and enhance productivity.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of job-related and/or management experience, preferably in strategy, consulting, supply chain, or operations.
  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Proven ability to apply industry and subject matter expertise to solve highly complex supply chain issues.
  • Demonstrated competence in leading large-scale transformation and change management initiatives.
  • Strong background in complex problem-solving using advanced analytical tools and models.
