Key Responsibilities
- Develop and drive strategic programs, supply chain SCOR models, and market strategies for breakthrough improvement.
- Develop financially sound, executable, data-driven strategies and project plans that improve shareholder value.
- Lead planning, design, implementation, communication, and delivery of the company's supply chain network design and architecture initiatives.

- Recommend metrics and monitor KPIs for supply chain programs regarding delivery, revenue, and margin.
- Drive Enterprise Level Strategic Initiatives by owning CxO-level priority cross-functional initiatives that shape enterprise strategy and financial performance.
- Lead process re-engineering initiatives to streamline workflows, remove redundancies, and enhance productivity.
Requirements
- 12+ years of job-related and/or management experience, preferably in strategy, consulting, supply chain, or operations.
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- MBA preferred.
- Proven ability to apply industry and subject matter expertise to solve highly complex supply chain issues.
- Demonstrated competence in leading large-scale transformation and change management initiatives.
- Strong background in complex problem-solving using advanced analytical tools and models.
