Key Responsibilities
- Process investor subscription, redemption, and transfer instructions accurately and within agreed service levels.
- Maintain and update investor records in the transfer agency system.
- Perform reconciliation of investor holdings and cash balances.

Requirements
- Degree in any discipline, preferably in Business, Finance, or Accountancy.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in transfer agency, fund administration, or securities operations.
- Good understanding of fund structures, subscription/redemption processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of AML/KYC procedures is preferred.
- Experience with transfer agency systems (e.g., Multifonds, InvestOne) is an advantage.
