Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience managing physical security projects in CCURE, Avigilon systems
  • Certifications in security industry standards (e.g., CPP, CSPM) and Project Management (PMP, Scrum master, Agile etc.)
  • Strong technical knowledge of physical security systems (Access controls, identity management, video management, intrusion detection systems) with hands-on technical experience
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, SmartSheets, CAD, BlueBeam)
  • Knowledge of construction and facility management processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Technical certifications in CCURE, Avigilon, Commend intercom is a plus
