Key Responsibilities
- Support manufacturing specifications and Bill-of-Material (BOM) throughout the product life cycle.
- Manage planning, tracking, scheduling, and delivery of early prototype samples to internal and external customers during NPI & Sustaining product phases.
- Collaborate with Product Engineering and Supply Chain teams to resolve material shortages, backlogs, and potential schedule interruptions.
- Establish sample schedules, labor loading, and capacity requirements based on engineering plans and production specifications.
- Contribute to small to medium-scale process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- Engineering Degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- 0-3 years of proven track record in a relevant field (Fresh Graduates welcome).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and passion for technical challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for global team interaction.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
