Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the outsourcing and third-party risk management framework and policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and due diligence on new and existing third-party vendors.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate third-party risks.
- Prepare and present risk reports to senior management and relevant committees.

- Manage the vendor lifecycle including onboarding, periodic reviews, and offboarding.
- Lead or participate in audits and regulatory inspections related to outsourcing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in third-party risk management, outsourcing governance, or operational risk within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of MAS Outsourcing Guidelines and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Experience in conducting vendor risk assessments and due diligence.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CIA, or CRISC are preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in risk management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
