  • Knowledge of ITIL framework and incident/problem/change management processes.
  • Experience with batch scheduling tools and monitoring tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
