Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and development of solutions that meet customer requirements while maintaining the integrity of the System functional baseline and architecture.
- Define solutions that provide the optimal trade-off between requirements, cost, schedule, and risk to meet customer needs.
- Prepare Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and Problem Change Requests (PCRs).
- Create requirements and manage traceability using DOORS.
- Engage with transverse teams (Safety, Human Factor, Performance, Security) regarding functional considerations.
- Participate in technical reviews and working groups as required.
- Support squad members (software, integration, and verification).
- Follow Thales processes and practices and contribute to their improvement.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Mandatory experience in Air Traffic Management (ATM).
- Knowledge of Systems Engineering Lifecycle and relevant standards, e.g., ISO/IEC15288.
- Knowledge of product development methodologies, with a focus on iterative/agile development.
- Knowledge of Safety, Security, and Human Factors standards and practices.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve effective outcomes in a multidiscipline, multi-culture environment.
- Capability to manage various stakeholders with different objectives.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
