Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design and development of solutions that meet customer requirements while maintaining the integrity of the System functional baseline and architecture.

  • Prepare Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and Problem Change Requests (PCRs).
  • Create requirements and manage traceability using DOORS.
  • Engage with transverse teams (Safety, Human Factor, Performance, Security) regarding functional considerations.
  • Participate in technical reviews and working groups as required.
  • Support squad members (software, integration, and verification).
  • Follow Thales processes and practices and contribute to their improvement.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Mandatory experience in Air Traffic Management (ATM).
  • Knowledge of Systems Engineering Lifecycle and relevant standards, e.g., ISO/IEC15288.
  • Knowledge of product development methodologies, with a focus on iterative/agile development.
  • Knowledge of Safety, Security, and Human Factors standards and practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve effective outcomes in a multidiscipline, multi-culture environment.
  • Capability to manage various stakeholders with different objectives.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
