Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks using approved documentation (AMM, RDAS, SB, OEM docs).
- Rectify all reported defects and ensure zero-defect post inspection/retrofit.
- Provide field services support locally to customers.
- Conduct on-the-job training for customer personnel when requested.
- Address customer questions regarding maintenance task performance according to the agreed plan.
- Contribute feedback into the maintenance planning process (monthly and weekly).
- Assist customer maintenance personnel in utilizing technical publications, work reports, and work orders from Part M organizations.
- Ensure quality regulations are met during maintenance activities when applicable.
Requirements
- EASA Part 66 License with Airbus Helicopters Type Rating.
- Mechanical (B1.3) and Avionics (B2) specialization preferred, type-rated on Airbus Helicopters products preferably H225.
- Diploma in Engineering or related field.
- At least 10 years of working experience on Airbus Helicopters products.
- Human Factor / Part 145 / Foreign Object Debris training with valid currency.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
- English fluency required.
