Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end to end process of monthly/ quarterly forecast, as well as budget preparation and analysis at Group level, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for reporting to Senior management.
  • Prepare forecast and budget presentation and materials for senior management, including underlying key assumptions, drivers, trend analysis and potential scenarios.
  • Manage performance measurement reporting process to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Lead functional optimisation and improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and drive finance system upgrades / implementation to enhance automation and reporting capacities.
  • Support adhoc requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent in related field.
  • At least 12 years of relevant working experience in finance and accounting.
  • 3 years in leadership role, including managing and developing a team.
  • Experience working in the energy sector would be an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to interact effectively with senior-level and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proven strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to details.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analytics, including Excel, Powerpoint, reporting tools and BI platforms.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-driven and proactive, with ability to work independently
