  • Experience in product lifecycle management including design, development, launch, and monitoring.
  • Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and internal control frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills to monitor product compliance and risk.
  • Ability to drive a culture of compliance and risk awareness across the organization.
  • Relevant certifications such as CFA, FRM, or PRM preferred.
