Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR business partners (HRBPs) to determine the recruitment demands and requirements
- Establish a good working relationship with hiring managers to understand their recruitment requirements, keep them updated with market trends and provide advice when required to identify best-fit candidates while ensuring fair employment opportunities for all candidates
- Manage and execute the entire recruitment process - from developing and implementing sourcing strategies to interview arrangements, salary negotiations and ensuring candidates clear their pre-employment checks
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking and referrals
- Provide positive candidate experience at every touchpoint
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and represent SMRT at recruitment fairs and events
- Support continuous review and enhancement of the recruitment process, including but not limited to sourcing strategies, candidates' experience, recruitment workflows, forms and templates
- Contribute towards the preparation and reporting of recruitment metrics
- Upkeep proper knowledge management for knowledge sharing with team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field, with good knowledge of Singapore's labour laws and legislations as well as Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices (TGFEP)
- At least 3 years of proven experience in mass and/or specialized recruitment
- Proficient with SuccessFactors and its Applicant Tracking System (ATS), or equivalent
- Familiar with the different recruitment channels and platforms for attracting and active sourcing candidates (e.g. JobStreet, LinkedIn)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to convince and manage stakeholders
- Resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with tight timelines while still producing high quality outputs
