Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI/ML models, including classical ML, NLP, and generative AI capabilities
- Build pipelines for data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation
- Develop APIs and components that integrate AI models into enterprise systems and applications
- Contribute to retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and LLM-based workflow automation
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and engineers to translate requirements into AI solutions
- Implement monitoring, logging, and model performance tracking
- Ensure AI solutions follow responsible AI principles, security standards, and compliance requirements
- Participate in agile delivery ceremonies, code reviews, and continuous improvement practices
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in machine learning, AI development, or data-driven software engineering
- Proficiency in Python and common ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Experience working with LLMs (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, or other enterprise AI platforms)
- Familiarity with building APIs, microservices, or serverless functions
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
- Ability to analyze business problems and design AI-driven solutions
- Experience with vector databases, embedding architectures, or LLMOps tooling
- Understanding of MLOps practices including CI/CD for model deployment
- Hands-on work with NLP pipelines, text analytics, or conversational AI
- Experience working in regulated industries such as banking or financial services
