Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM data migration activities, from strategy and design through execution and validation
- Define data migration approach, scope, timelines, and dependencies across Oracle HCM modules
- Manage data extraction, transformation, loading, reconciliation, and validation processes
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to align data requirements with business needs
- Oversee mock conversions and support final data loads for go-live readiness
- Identify and resolve data quality issues, risks, and dependencies proactively
- Provide regular status updates and reporting to project leadership and stakeholders
- Support post-go-live data stabilization and defect resolution activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in Oracle HCM data migration
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules
- Experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
- Ability to define data migration strategy and approach
- Excellent problem-solving and data quality management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in large-scale HR transformation programs
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
- Knowledge of data validation and reconciliation techniques
