Key Responsibilities

Directly involved in the execution of service projects starting from P0 gate (Book-in, planning, coordination, execution & project closure).
Coordinate with the tendering team to ensure proper costing and allocation of costs before project book-in.
Coordinate with engineers or drafters across all project phases (design to completion) to ensure efficient resources and cost effectiveness.
Prepare work plans and manage project scope, budget & schedule, invoicing, and closure, while monitoring outcomes.
Ensure projects are completed timely and on-budget with high customer satisfaction.
Analyze, perform, and provide reviews on various engineering works throughout the project lifecycle.
Work closely with the BMS (Building Management System) team on site execution.
Support the Sales team to increase Field2Order or variation orders.
Interact with customers to address project questions or concerns and deliver expected outcomes.

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2 years of experience in project engineering within a related field.
