Key Responsibilities

- Drive schedule readiness for engineering test solutions to support 1st Si bring-up activities
- Interface and communicate with cross-functional groups for full alignment, reporting, and drive improvements
- Coordinate to qualify production test solutions for production capacity installation at OSAT
- Provide engineering support to production control and OSAT
- Lead or participate in teams and task forces to resolve production issues
- Manage Product Life Cycle management phase gate review
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering / Computer Engineering or equivalent
- >7 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills
- Ability to work efficiently and manage effective relationships in a cross-functional organization
- Must be self-directed and work in complex and dynamic ecosystems
- Good written and verbal communication skills
