Key Responsibilities
- Advise on and manage cybersecurity risks for customers within the scope of assigned bids and projects.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on cybersecurity within system technical and operation domains across the full life cycle.
- Drive security governance and processes in line with Thales’ policies and guidelines.
- Increase the security capability and maturity of the organization.
- Mentor and develop junior cybersecurity team members.
- Capture explicit system security requirements and constraints from customers, regulators, and risk assessments.
- Assess and evaluate cyber risks, developing a detailed security management plan and maintaining the cybersecurity risk register.
- Develop system-level security requirements, a security architecture, and lead the development of detailed design artifacts.
Requirements
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in cybersecurity architecture.
- Ability to understand customer context, core information assets, and business impact of loss.
- Proven ability to capture explicit system security requirements from diverse sources (customer, regulators).
- Experience in developing detailed technical estimates including assumptions and risks.
- Ability to lead the production of documentation supporting cybersecurity accreditation and certification.
- Experience in tasking or supervising security engineers and solution architects on security activities.
- Willingness to undertake occasional international travel.
- Eligibility to hold Singapore CAT2 Clearance.
