Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the transition to HVM, ensuring seamless integration of new products into the production environment
- Establish systems and process flows based on business requirements
- Discuss engineering build requirements with the global PA/PgM teams
- Coordinate build requests with local TD & Ops teams
- Ensure accuracy of product database used for engineering builds and HVM using Product DB and eCNPL
- Ensure accurate records of MCN creation, E-runs and post run analyses using eOSAT
- Responsible to develop and maintain departmental work instruction and operational procedure where necessary
- Develop deep understanding of the fabrication processes and continue to optimize the systematic solution to bring the product into HVM
- Responsible to work with Quality, TD & Ops to ensure compliance to QC requirements (e.g. SDS, BRIM)
- Ownership of the eOSAT platform
Requirements
- Degree in any engineering related field, preferably electrical & electronics engineering
- Good project and time management skills, able to multi-task and manage stress
- A team player with good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Good knowledge of analysis and monitoring tools as well as database experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is imperative
