Key Responsibilities
- Equipment and tool & jig design, assembly, and installation with mechanical and product specification
- Test, debug, troubleshooting and hand over to end user
- Project management in plan and execution of activities, following equipment management procedure
- Support production or maintenance group in equipment related trouble analysis with statistical tools
- Counter-measure implementation for equipment issues
- Support or lead factory automation process & improvement
- Ensure activity compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, specifications
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Equipment Design/Automation
- Knowledge of CAD
- Knowledge of Solid Works
- Material knowledge
- Formulation of new equipment design concept
- Ability to work well as a team player while being independent and pro-active
- Good technical report writing and presentation skills
