Key Responsibilities
- Synthesize inputs from Finance, business units, and management to ensure investor communications are consistent and strategically aligned.
- Actively support engagement with institutional investors, analysts, and capital market stakeholders through meetings, site visits, roadshows, and conferences.
- Prepare high-quality investor communications materials, including earnings presentations, investor decks, and Q&A briefing documents.
- Maintain and enhance IR content across relevant platforms, including the corporate website, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor and analyze market developments, peer performance, analyst reports, and share price movements to provide insights to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
- At least 3–6 years of relevant experience in investor relations, equity research, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize financial, operational, and strategic information clearly.
- Confident communicator with strong writing skills capable of explaining complex topics in a clear and structured manner.
- High attention to detail with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Ability to interpret financial data, exercise sound judgment, and extract relevant insights from stakeholders.
- Highly proficient in creating impactful and professional investor decks using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with SGX listing rules and IR best practices.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
