Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects aimed at improving internal processes and harmonizing planning processes and tools across global sites.
  • Establish clear global guidelines and good governance processes to ensure compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Science, or Business.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in the Semiconductor industry is preferred.
  • Strong work ethic, highly self-driven, and proactive with high adaptability to changing environments.
  • Proven ability to deliver management reports under tight deadlines.
  • Solid business acumen, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Some project management experience is required.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional, international teams.
