Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for SEA to achieve revenue and market share targets across all franchises
- Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and identify growth opportunities
- Create go-to-market strategies for geographies within the region to support individual product launches to maximize business growth
- Routinely perform analyses of industry, market, and account-specific trends and present findings in clear, consistent presentations with specific conclusions and proposed actions
- Assess market for partnership, distribution, or co-promotional relationships and propose possible deals or opportunities that would drive AV’s leadership position and incremental revenue
- Work closely with sales, clinical, regulatory, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans
- Support training programs for internal teams and external stakeholders
- Drive product positioning, pricing strategies, and lifecycle management for Coronary, Core Coronary, OCT/FFR, and Endovascular portfolios
- Plan and lead key regional marketing events within the region (conferences, company-sponsored industry events, etc.)
- Provide regional leadership to support execution of local marketing activities and tactics
- Lead regular product training sessions (product information, clinical data, etc.) for AV staff throughout SEA region
