Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, recover, and resolve breakdowns on plant automation equipment (e.g., AMR, Automated Strapping/Unstrapping Equipment, AS/RS, Automated Packing Equipment).
- Perform system and server recovery on automation/manufacturing systems, storage systems, and transportation systems.
- Assist engineers with software roll-out, periodical system/server OS & AV patching, and updates.
- Conduct critical checks and restoration of automation equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance on automation equipment.
- Support engineers on equipment continuous improvement programs and spare part management.
Requirements
- Minimum NITE C in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Willingness to work on a 12-hour permanent Day/Night shift.
- Must be a team player and capable of working independently.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn quickly and pick up new skills rapidly.
