Key Responsibilities
- Develop software solutions and features based on industry needs.
- Define and develop unique KLA solutions and use cases for mission-critical inspection and metrology problems.
- Test prototype features/tools at customer sites to identify high-value solutions and Best Known Methods (BKM).
- Interface with mid to high-level technical personnel at customer sites and internal KLA teams (marketing, engineering) to enhance products.
- Act as a technical advisor for KLA products and customer applications.
- Work in a team with KLA marketing, sales, technical directors, and application engineers to execute project plans.
- Promote KLA's process control solutions through the MACH ecosystem to technical and management levels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or Materials Science.
- Excellent understanding of semiconductor fab processes and yield improvement experience.
- Good technical written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively domestically and overseas for project support.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage and coordinate projects independently.
- Good technical presentation skills and strong customer interface capability.
