Key Responsibilities
- Develop and innovate critical flat optics modules and optimize existing process flows
- Define critical criteria for design performances and initiate DOE evaluations to characterize process windows
- Evaluate and implement new integration schemes to establish proof of concept for future technology roadmaps
- Extract and analyse inline, GDS layout, parametric, and reliability metrics to construct predictive modelling

Requirements
- PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Engineering with specialization in semiconductor
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in semiconductor industry/research focusing on silicon or flat optics process integration
- Strong hands-on knowledge of semiconductor unit process and flat optics device physics engineering
- Working knowledge of photonics simulation, layout design, and DOE design concepts
- Ability to develop a strong understanding of flat optics devices and related structural/electrical fail mechanisms
- Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills for a fast-paced environment
