Key Responsibilities

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in semiconductor industry/research focusing on silicon or flat optics process integration
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of semiconductor unit process and flat optics device physics engineering
  • Working knowledge of photonics simulation, layout design, and DOE design concepts
  • Ability to develop a strong understanding of flat optics devices and related structural/electrical fail mechanisms
  • Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills for a fast-paced environment
