Key Responsibilities
- Manage the ILS/training Workpackage, fulfilling all logistical commitments including cost, budget, deadlines, and quality.
- Provide essential supplies and logistical services such as documentation, training courses, tool lists, and spare parts information.
- Carry out logistics studies and analyses, including maintenance concepts, reliability, availability, and logistics trees.
- Design and develop dedicated training programs for customers, including material creation, updating, and validation.
- Lead and develop teams dedicated to customer training activities.
- Organize and guarantee the successful delivery of customer trainings on our SoS to meet AMS commitments.
- Write and update technical user documentation (DTU) or maintenance documentation.
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience applying strong skills in systems engineering within demanding technical environments.
- Proven experience managing ILS or support-related activities.
- Excellent negotiation skills, capable of internal and external customer discussions.
- Strong ability to interpret, produce, and track complex technical documentation.
- Ability to work closely with international project teams and various ILS/Training groups to ensure deliverable consistency.
- High degree of autonomy, resourcefulness, and a strong work ethic.
