- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale cross-functional projects with structured methodologies.
- Strong leadership and influence without direct authority.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional influencing skills.
