Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor assembly equipment engineering.
- Strong knowledge of assembly equipment such as die attach, wire bond, mold, and trim/form.
- Proven experience in equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and process improvement.
- Familiarity with SPC, FMEA, and other quality tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
- Experience with automation and robotics is a plus.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
