  • Proven experience in equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and process improvement.
  • Familiarity with SPC, FMEA, and other quality tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
  • Experience with automation and robotics is a plus.
