Key Responsibilities
- Design, standardize, and implement complex test methodologies to validate Qualcomm chipsets and subsystems.
- Define comprehensive test coverage strategies across functional, performance, stress, and corner conditions.
- Perform end-to-end functional and performance analysis of complex SoC subsystems.
- Support pre-silicon and post-silicon bring-up activities.
- Debug test failures, analyze logs and waveforms, and identify root causes for discrepancies between expected and observed behavior.
- Drive failure analysis to completion, including analyzing high-volume manufacturing yields and reducing test time.
- Collaborate with IC design, system engineering, and hardware applications engineering teams globally.
Requirements
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong technical background in Test Engineering or related field.
- Ability to drive complex technical projects with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in developing and debugging test code/scripts (Java, Python preferred).
- Experience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
