Key Responsibilities
- Support innovation projects in the domains of Aerospace, Defence, Homeland Security & Digital Identity, working on topics such as Unmanned Underwater Vehicles, In-flight Entertainment and Digital Identity & Biometrics systems
- Apply Design Thinking (User-Centered Innovation) methodology to innovate with customers/users on complex systems design and development
- Produce visual assets such as storyboards and videos of operational scenarios
- Research and analyze market data and technology trends
- Assist in preparing for Design Thinking workshops in various engineering domains under guidance of Thales domain experts
- Apply design thinking techniques to co-design with customers/users
- Participating in Design Innovation workshops with customers/users
- Produce Visual renderings (storyboards, videos, motion graphics), infographics, posters etc. to be used as part of the concept generation or design/development process
- Prepare reports for innovation workshops
Requirements
- Experience real working environment in multi-cultural teams, sometimes with colleagues in Europe and Australia
- Leverage GenAI tools and image generators
- 3D modeling: Design and animate 3D assets, environments, or products to be integrated into product videos
