Key Responsibilities
- Manage technical sourcing, contracting, and contract management for components, subsystems, and systems.
- Perform Supplier Process Audits to drive manufacturing quality excellence and cost reduction improvements.
- Lead supplier business reviews, coordinating efforts across organizational levels to meet milestones and delivery targets.
- Support early involvement of key suppliers in technology and New Product Introduction (NPI) programs.
- Drive business objectives including cost reductions, product improvements, and problem resolutions in collaboration with suppliers.
- Drive and work with suppliers on Purchase Agreements, NDAs, and other necessary legal documentation.
- Lead re-sourcing activities to meet strict Program timelines, cost, and quality requirements.
- Own the SCM PLC and its program deliverables.
Requirements
- Minimum of a BS Degree in a technical engineering field or equivalent.
- Relevant industry experience in engineering, product development, manufacturing operations, supply chain, or procurement.
- Solid technical, business, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Proven ability to lead complex supplier relationships and high-stakes negotiations.
- Experience developing and managing supplier business reviews and scorecards.
- Knowledge of wafer inspection and metrology products, commodities, and components.
- Understanding of both company and supplier business/market trends.
