Requirements

Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or a related technical discipline preferred
Typically requires 1–3 years of hands-on experience in instrument repair, maintenance, calibration, or related technical roles
Experience with Agilent LC, GC, and Mass Spectrometry products is highly preferred
Relevant work experience in troubleshooting - software and hardware
Strong commitment to continuous improvement and innovation
Demonstrated expertise with ERP Systems (SAP / Agile)
Ability to assist peers with complex technical issues
Proficiency in Excel for data entry and report generation
Understanding of bill of materials (BOM), part numbering, and product configurations
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
