Key Responsibilities

  • Repair, refurbish, and test used LC systems to Agilent 'like-new' standards

Requirements

  • Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or a related technical discipline preferred
  • Typically requires 1–3 years of hands-on experience in instrument repair, maintenance, calibration, or related technical roles
  • Experience with Agilent LC, GC, and Mass Spectrometry products is highly preferred
  • Relevant work experience in troubleshooting - software and hardware
  • Strong commitment to continuous improvement and innovation
  • Demonstrated expertise with ERP Systems (SAP / Agile)
  • Ability to assist peers with complex technical issues
  • Proficiency in Excel for data entry and report generation
  • Understanding of bill of materials (BOM), part numbering, and product configurations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
