Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end manufacturing operations, including changeover, of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) in compliance with GMP and SOPs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to conduct and report on safety, quality, and operational investigations in a timely manner.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including IMEX activities and enhancing operational effectiveness through documentation review.
- Support manufacturing campaigns and changeover cleaning on a rotating shift basis as required.
- Provide technical guidance for alarm response management, ensuring timely and appropriate assessment of alarms according to SOP.
- Perform structured gemba walks on operational activities to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (preferably Chemical Engineering) or Degree in Science.
- Proven ability to ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations.
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations within a regulated environment.
- Strong commitment to safety, cGMP, GDP, and SOP compliance.
- Ability to contribute to the delivery of production plans including manufacturing and changeover cleaning.
- Technical knowledge, communication, teamwork, leadership, project management skills.
