Key Responsibilities
- Manage known and potential safety issues (SAR & RT) and participate in safety boards.
- Provide technical support for operational queries and arising issues across the product lifecycle.

- Conduct technical surveillance and quality assurance audits to enhance product performance.
- Set and monitor reliability targets using historical data and statistical analysis.

- Gather in-service data to drive continuous improvement and integrate lessons learned into future designs.
- Develop and approve technical publications for customers and maintenance teams.
Requirements
- Engineering or Numerical degree (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of component/system functionality and numerical methods.
- Experience in troubleshooting, problem resolution, and complex technical challenges.
- Familiarity with in-service operations, including regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to support and lead cross-functional teams.
- Legal right to work in Singapore.
