Key Responsibilities
- Perform shift duties to support CIM Applications & Users - Provide Level 1 Support; trouble shoot & resolve CIM related issues following SOPs; Applications include MES, CMMS, RMS, SPC, FDC and EI
- Proactively monitor status, availability and performance trends of CIM Applications and Servers
- Log and categorize all issues timely and accurately
- Perform acceptance tests for CIM enhancements
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer & Communications Engineering, Computer or Applied Science or related fields
- Around 1 years’ experience of working in a high tech manufacturing environment
- Willingness to work in clean rooms
- Ready to work in rotating shifts
- Able to coordinate a team of CIM AEs to complete more complex CIM Work Requests - Act as buddy for new CIM AEs
- Make minor EI code changes/simple enhancements
