Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum 6-10 years of relevant experience in global accounting firms.
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of financial due diligence and M&A processes.
- Relevant academic background with financial and accounting qualifications (ACCA, CA, ISCA or equivalent).
- Good analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while sustaining high work quality across geographies in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior management teams at client organizations.
