Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven engineering expertise in biotechnology manufacturing processes.
- Experience providing technical leadership for capital projects.
- Ability to lead through technical authority, project leadership, and influence across site and global teams.
- Familiarity with process systems such as Upstream Drug Substance, Downstream Drug Substance, Fill/Finish, CIP/SIP, Utilities, HVAC, Packaging, and Devices.
- Experience in planning, design, construction, commissioning, operations, and maintenance of manufacturing infrastructure.
- Ability to lead contingent workers and provide dotted-line leadership to FTE partners.
