Key Responsibilities
- Support the Biochemical Manufacturing Department to meet departmental goals and objectives.
- Prepare small equipment, clean, and sterilize vessels for manufacturing processes.
- Prepare solutions, monitor, and operate biochemical processing equipment.
- Perform raw materials sampling, dispensing, and environmental monitoring sampling.
- Maintain housekeeping standards in manufacturing areas while adhering to safety and cGMP guidelines.
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues encountered during manufacturing runs.
- Support process improvement initiatives within the manufacturing lifecycle.
- Operate computers for process control and accurate data entry.
- Participate in shift change meetings and collaborate with various support groups.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of related working experience for Diploma equivalent holders (Life Sciences or Engineering discipline).
- Must possess strong problem-solving, interpersonal communication, and teamwork skills.
- Demonstrate a high degree of focus on safety, quality, detail orientation, and results.
- Ability to work weekends, off-shifts, and overtime as required by the manufacturing schedule.
- Capability to carry heavy loads up to 25kg.
- Adherence to all RSTO’s Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) requirements and incident reporting procedures.
