Key Responsibilities

- Partner with shift leaders and operators to map current workflows and harmonize operations across all shifts for repeatability.
- Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving workshops (e.g., 8D, A3) to reduce defects and improve FPY.
- Contribute to initiatives that strengthen process control and support the deployment of new quality and production best practices.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Good communication skills to interact across departments and shifts.
- Teamwork ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Quality, Production, Maintenance).
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
