Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct successful integration and testing of software releases for systems and/or subsystems according to schedule.

  • Proactively participate in Program Increment planning and backlog refinement, including effort estimation.
  • Manage and contribute to the setup of environments required for integration, testing, and acceptance activities.
  • Define and contribute to testing across multiple platforms (regression, interface, simulation scenarios) to meet project milestones.
  • Analyze technical and functional issues within systems/subsystems, ensuring early identification, full capture, and proper logging.
  • Collaborate with System, Subsystem, and Infrastructure teams to align integration activities with design specifications.
  • Develop and deliver engineering artifacts (e.g., System Integration Test Documentation) compliant with functional, performance, robustness, and security standards.
  • Provide technical support and mentorship to junior integrators and V&V teams.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to integrate complex software and hardware components in a system context.
  • Experience working within an IPT or Agile Squad structure is beneficial.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex, high-stakes system integration issues.
  • Strong analytical skills to diagnose technical and functional gaps between components.
  • Experience in defining or executing rigorous testing protocols (regression, interface testing).
  • Willingness to contribute to documentation standards and engineering artifacts.
  • Eligibility for Security Clearance from the Singapore Ministry of Home Affairs (CAT2).
  • Occasional international travel may be required.
